You may use CalmPath to understand and support a child you are the parent, guardian or carer of, or a child whose family has invited you to help, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Only enter information about a child or another person if you have the authority to do so. Do not enter information about a child who is not in your care, or about another adult, without their consent. Do not upload photographs of children's faces unless you are their parent or guardian and choose to do so.

When you invite people into your family space, invite only people you trust with your child's information, and remove them when they no longer need access.

You must not use the Service to: harm, threaten, harass, stalk, monitor or intimidate any person, including a child, partner or former partner; enter, upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or that infringes another person's rights; impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship to a child; or gather information for any purpose other than supporting the child concerned.

You must not attempt to access accounts, families or data that are not yours; probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; bypass the safety screen, access controls, subscription or usage limits; reverse engineer, scrape, copy or extract the Service, its knowledge base or its AI responses at scale; use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service; or resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties.

You must not rely on the Service in place of professional advice or emergency services, and you must not use it to make decisions about medication, medical treatment, restraint, seclusion or any intervention that requires professional oversight.

You must not attempt to manipulate the AI into providing content outside its purpose, including clinical, medical, legal or other professional advice, harmful instructions, or content about anyone other than the child you are supporting. AI responses are general information and must be evaluated by you before any use.

If you become aware of misuse of the Service, or a security vulnerability, please tell us at hello@pholarix.com.au. We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful conduct to authorities. Where a child appears to be at risk, we may take steps required or permitted by law to protect them.
